Urban Integrative Bodywork (formerly Noe Valley Integrative Bodywork) strives to help our clients feel at home and at ease in their bodies.  Through compassionate touch, integrative therapeutic bodywork techniques, and the highest quality organic products, our expert therapists help to relieve pain and tension, increase mobility, reduce anxiety and stress, inspire well-being, and deepen awareness of the mind-body connection.

 

We specialize in prenatal and postpartum bodywork services, supporting clients in all stages of their journey through parenthood.
